How we collect information

You can visit Colette.world without revealing any personal information. Our web servers collect the IP addresses, but not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. This information can measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, and other such statistics.

What information do we collect

By using Colette Tech, you may be asked for information that identifies you, including but limited to your name, contact information (i.e., e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, etc.), financial information such as credit card numbers and related information, and information related to your family members and guests, purchases of goods and services while at Colette, dietary preferences, and any images and audio data from security camaras (collectively, “Personal Information”). Personal Information is data which identify you as an individual or relate to an identifiable individual.

How we use and disclose your information we collect

We collect, generate, retain, and use your Personal Information for our own internal purposes in connection with the facilitation, recording and processing of any requests, communications, or interactions you may have with the Colette Tech. We also automatically collect and store statistics and other information about you and your online activities on an aggregated, non-personally identifiable basis and in a manner that may allow us or our affiliated or related entities to improve our services to you. We disclose Personal Information to our partners, managers and/or service providers who may be third parties (see Third Party Services below), who provide you with services and assist us with the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to verifying your identity, registering you as a member, facilitating bookings and reservations, responding to your requests and queries, to process your payments, arranging your access to apps, to manage your membership, to personalize your experience, to better understand each member’s preferences, and to analyze, better tailor and improve our services. For example, we collect Personal Information during the application process, onboarding process, when you make a reservation, use the health and fitness facilities, and communicate with us. If you disclose any Personal Information relating to other people to us, including your associates and guests, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Any updates to this Privacy Policy will become effective when the revised Privacy Policy is posted.

Third Party Services

You acknowledge and agree that Colette is not responsible for services related to third party vendors who provide services, software, networks, databases, and information to Colette or which may connect to or enable services in conjunction with or integrated with Colette Tech, including but not limited to, Formstack, Nexedus, Stripe, and Kustomer (“Third Party Services”). Colette makes no representations or warranties regarding Third Party Services. Colette does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from any Third Party Services. Colette will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any actual or alleged damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any Third Party Services. You irrevocably waive any claim against Colette with respect to such Third Party Services.

Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as you are a member, or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected to provide our services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements and comply with applicable law.

Security

The security of all Personal Information provided to Colette is important to us and we take reasonable steps endeavoring to use appropriate technical or organizational measures to protect your Personal Information, including against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage. If we learn of a security system’s breach, we will notifying you by sending an email to you.
